Group Sessions

Service Description

Our group pottery sessions are a relaxed and creative way to enjoy working with clay together. Ideal for groups of two or more, each session is tailored to the group and your interests, whether that’s hand building, wheel throwing, or a mix of both. These sessions are perfect for birthdays, hen dos, celebrations, team get-togethers, or simply spending creative time with friends or family. The class will be adapted to suit the group’s experience level, pace, and what you’d like to focus on. Depending on the group’s preferences, you may explore hand building techniques such as pinching and coiling, wheel throwing basics, or a combination of both. You can make multiple pieces during the session and choose one to be glazed and fired. If you book more than one session, we can also cover decorating techniques and the basics of glazing your own work. We offer group bookings for up to 6 people. Please get in touch with us to discuss availability and any specific requests. WHAT TO BRING We have aprons for you but as working with clay can get messy, it's best to wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Ideally cut your nails short, it'll make working with clay much easier. MATERIALS AND TOOLS All clay and tools needed for the class will be provided. We will glaze one of your pieces in one of our three base glazes (white, transparent or black) unless you'd like to come back for another class and glaze your work yourself. TERMS OF CANCELLATION Our classes are non refundable but we're happy to offer to change your booked session to a later date if we're notified 48 hours before.
